Public Offer
This public offer is an official proposal by M.A.G CO.LTD, registered at: Japan, Toyama, Fuchumachi Taya 82-5 (hereinafter — the Company, Operator), to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below.
Using the website https://yaponshop.com/, registering a personal account and making payments constitute the user's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
1. Terms
- Website / Platform — the web service yaponshop.com, providing users with the ability to purchase and deliver goods from Japan.
- User / Client — any individual or legal entity registered on the website.
- Balance — the user's internal account on the website, denominated in Japanese yen.
- Product Purchase — purchasing a product through the Company's accounts on behalf of the user.
- Commission — the Company's fee for organising the purchase, packaging, storage and delivery.
2. Subject of the Agreement
- automated purchase on behalf of the user;
- payment for goods, taxes, domestic and international delivery;
- consolidation and shipment of orders to the user's address.
The Company provides the user with a service for purchasing and delivering goods from Japan, including:
3. Registration and Personal Account
- 3.1. To use the service, the user registers and creates a personal account.
- 3.2. The user is responsible for keeping their login and password secure.
- 3.3. All actions performed through the personal account are considered to be the actions of the user.
4. Balance Top-Up and Deductions
- 4.1. The balance can be topped up in any currency with automatic conversion to yen at the website's internal exchange rate.
- 4.2. Funds are deducted automatically when a product is purchased, or by an administrator when an order is processed.
- 4.3. The website commission, delivery costs, packaging fees and taxes are deducted from the user's balance.
- 4.4. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the amounts entered and the order details.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- the user's auction bid has been outbid;
- the order was not purchased or was cancelled by the seller.
5.1. A refund is possible in the following cases:
5.2. Refunds are made to the internal balance in yen, or by agreement — using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
5.3. Commission fees for completed operations are non-refundable.
6. Delivery and Customs
- 6.1. The user pays for domestic (within Japan) and international delivery.
- 6.2. Delivery times depend on the method and carrier.
- 6.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's details.
- 6.4. All customs fees and duties in the destination country are paid by the user.
7. Liability
- actions of sellers, transport companies, or customs authorities;
- delays or loss of parcels due to the fault of carriers;
- product quality, if it corresponds to the seller's description.

8. Disputes
All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if not possible — in a court in Japan at the place of registration of the Company.
