To send, you need to create a parcel in your personal account.

After the goods arrive at the warehouse in Japan, you will need to create a parcel, fill in the recipient's
details and select the appropriate delivery rate.

After this, we will collect the parcel and send it at the rate you choose to the address you specified.

Service fees & shipping

Our purchasing service fee is ¥500 per item (per product link or auction lot).

In addition, a seller payment transfer fee of ¥330 is charged for each item or lot.

Total purchasing fee: ¥830 per item or lot.

These conditions apply to Yahoo Auctions, Yahoo Shopping, Amazon, Rakuten, and Furima marketplaces. For other platforms, the terms and service fees are agreed upon individually.

Additional packaging (bubble wrap + stretch film) — ¥500 per shipment / package.

Additional packaging (box + bubble wrap) — ¥1500 per shipment / package.

Photos of items and packages are provided free of charge.

For oversized and heavy cargo, shipping costs are calculated and agreed individually.
